S-Acetyl glutathione is the current high-end, high-quality glutathione, which is a derivative and upgrade of reduced glutathione. Acetylation refers to the process of transferring the acetyl group to the side chain group of the amino acid. Glutathione acetylation usually combines the acetyl group with the active sulfur atom.
