Bilberry extract powder is a kind of amorphous powder extracted from mature blueberry berries. The extract of bilberry contains a large number of anthocyanins and a part of polysaccharide, pectin, tannin, Xiong Guogan, vitamin C and B vitamins. Anthocyanins have antioxidant activities and scavenging free radicals, and also have anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, lipid regulating and improving insulin resistance and other biological activities. Bilberry extract powder has been classified as a certified food additive by the US FDA.
