    Turmeric Extract 95% Manufacturing process

The manufacturing process of curcumin begins with the extraction of curcumin from turmeric roots. The extract is then filtered and concentrated to remove impurities. The concentrated extract is then crystallized and filtered to remove any remaining impurities. The crystals are then dissolved in alcohol and centrifuged to remove any residual plant matter. The solution is then vacuum dried to remove the alcohol, producing a pure, white powder that contains about 95% curcumin.

We are using food grade Ethanol in the process.

    Turmeric Supplement Absorption Secret

Turmeric supplement is famous for its anti-inflammatory properties, but Turmeric supplement benefits may be missed if you don’t take it the right way.

Turmeric supplement alone is poorly absorbed by your body,  which means bad bioavailability (Bioavailability is the substantial amount that can enter your bloodstream). You are wasting your money with bad bioavailability products.

    Curcumin and Black Pepper extract

In the market, most Curcumin formulas are mixed with Black Pepper extract, such as BioPerine®, to increase the Curcumin bioactivity.

Scientists found Black Pepper extract can boost Curcumin absorption.

A tiny quantity of Black Pepper can significantly increase the Turmeric supplement absorption, around 2000 times higher than the Turmeric supplement alone.

Most supplements add 10-20mg of Black Pepper extract per capsule.

    Curcumin and Black Seed Oil

Curcumin is fat-soluble, so we believe the absorption can be increased if we mix Curcumin with one fat resource and healthy oil.

Black Seed oil was found in the Bible that can kill diseases except for death; over 600 studies show the health benefits of Black Seed oil.

If you prefer softgel, you can try Black Seed oil. Cima also supplies Black Seed supplements, feel free to contact us.

North Texas University’s researchers found that turmeric extract can reduce inflammatory factors in adults after exercise.

The participants in the experiment consumed 400 mg of Curcumin extract every day. The study found that the above subjects who received the turmeric extract had creatine in the former body after undergoing leg lift exercise compared with the placebo-treated subjects.

The kinase levels (creatine kinase: CK) and inflammatory cytokines are reduced. In the subjects who received curcumin extract, the increase in creatine kinase (CK) content, tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) content, and interleukin (IL-8) content after exercise was significantly reduced.

The magnitudes are only 48%, 25%, and 21%, respectively.

Studies showed that curcumin could inhibit the synthesis of fatty acids.

    Brain healthcare

In recent years, a huge number of Curcumin and Brain Health studies have focused on the efficacy relationship between curcumin and Alzheimer’s disease. Scientists found out that taking curcumin can promote amyloid plaques in human brain organs (amyloid). Elimination of protein plaques).

Part of the cause of Alzheimer’s disease is caused by the entanglement of proteins in the brain’s organs and the accumulation of protein plaques with age. These gradually accumulated protein entangled folds and protein plaques not only hinder normal Nerve signal transmission but also ‘suffocate’ neuronal cells, leading to brain function weakness.”
